This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Lumen collects when you visit this site or subscribe to the Service, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have over it. Lumen ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for the personal data described here. It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, not instead of it.
We use your data to grant and manage your TradingView invite and Discord access, process payment for your subscription, send you service emails such as invite confirmation and renewal reminders, respond to support requests, and detect and prevent fraud or abuse of the Service.
Most of this is necessary to perform our contract with you as a subscriber. Where it isn't, fraud prevention being the main example, we rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the Service secure, weighed against your rights. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
This site sets no first-party tracking or advertising cookies. The only thing we store is your light or dark theme choice, kept in your browser's local storage and never transmitted to us. Third-party content embedded on this site, covered next, may set its own cookies under its own policy, outside our control.
We don't collect or store your full card number, expiry date, or CVC on our own servers. Payment is handled by a regulated third-party payment processor under their own privacy policy and PCI-DSS obligations. We receive confirmation that payment succeeded, not your full card details.
Our payment processor, to process your subscription. TradingView, your username only, to add you to the invite list. Discord, to grant server access where applicable. Our email delivery provider, to send invite and service emails. Our hosting and infrastructure providers. Authorities or professional advisers, where required by law.
We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Some of the providers above may process your data outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent adequacy mechanism, to keep your data protected to a UK standard regardless of where it's processed.
We keep your account and subscription data for as long as your membership is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to handle refund windows, disputes, and our own accounting and tax obligations, typically no more than six years from your last transaction. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will, except where we're required to keep it by law.
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your data, including using regulated, PCI-DSS-compliant processors for payment, and limiting who can access your account data to what's needed to run the Service. No system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security of data sent over the internet.
The Service isn't intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from minors. This matches the age requirement in our Terms & Conditions.
We may update this Policy as the Service changes. Where a change is material, we'll give reasonable notice before it takes effect, in the same way described in our Terms & Conditions.
Questions about this Policy, or a request to exercise your rights: [Insert contact / DPO email]. We aim to respond within a few working days. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
